If you’re looking for podcast editing or management, I’d recommend reaching out 1 month in advance of your desired start date, so we can complete your Podcast Remix (podcast audit) first. If you’re looking to launch your podcast, 3 months out from your preferred launch date gives us plenty of time. If you’re in a rush, still inquire! If I can’t fit you in, I’ll let you know upfront or refer you to someone who can.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Yep! All one-time services (like The Beat Drop Launch or The Podcast Remix) can be split into 2–3 payments. Retainer services are billed monthly in full.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not necessarily! If you’re opting for full monthly podcast management, my experience has been that you’re more likely to experience a tangible ROI when you have a proven offer suite or product to sell alongside the podcast, and so I market the service for business owners, brands, and content creators (usually at least 2-3 years in and actively scaling). But if you have the funding and the motivation, I’m happy to work with any podcaster with a kickass vision.
For hobbyist podcasters with less budget but a lot of passion, The Podcast Pop-Up may be a better fit than The Podcast Residency.
Do you only work with business owners?
Not at all! If you're not quite sure what offer you fall into, we can figure that a direction that works for you on our intro call that works with your goals, values, and capacity. Half baked ideas are welcome here!
