Audio editing includes tasteful cleanup of filler, cutting irrelevancies, audio processing, mastering, intro/outro insertion, and basic cleanup/noise removal, and I’ll provide an upload-ready .mp3 export for your podcast host.
What does “audio editing” even mean?
Video editing includes basic multi-cam cuts, syncing, basic color correction, audio processing, intro/outro insertion, and I’ll provide a .mp4 export for YouTube as well as a .mp3 export for your podcast host.
Note: The audio version is exported directly from the video; it is not double-edited.
What does “video editing” even mean?
First, you’ll fill out your quick onboarding questionnaire. Then, I’ll add you to my Slack channel where our communications will live, I’ll provide you with your easy submit link, and then all you have to do is sit back and let me do the work! I’ll get any submitted episodes back within 5 business days.
What does the onboarding process look like?
The cool thing about the Pop-Up: There are no minimum required episodes in a month. This means you have an on-call producer ready to edit your episodes for you when you’re in a pinch, when you want to batch a season in advance and take long breaks, or if you’re super consistent already and just want to focus on other things.
If I work with you, am I locked in to a schedule? What if I’m inconsistent?
You’re free to check my work and make sure I captured your style exactly the way you wanted. After all, this is YOUR pop-up. I’ll do my best to learn your preferences within the first 2-3 episodes so that after that point, you no longer have to check my work. But you can always submit one round of revisions to me that I’ll complete within 1 business day.
Will I have to check your work?
If your show falls in a special category (more than 2 speakers, extra-long episodes, a lot of additional segments, etc), I will give you a custom quote after our intro call. If your show has a blend of episode types (shorter solos + longer guest episodes, for example), you’ll get multiple submit links so you’re always only paying for exactly what you’re getting.
What if my podcast has random lengths or a lot of different formats?
- Titles + Basic Show Notes (template provided by you): +$75/episode
- IG Carousel (5 slides, template provided by you): +$75/episode
